Artists who performed on the album
tomland.com - Tom Size, Executive Engineer for this project. Over the past decade or so Tom has been both a friend and mentor. This album wouldn't sound as good as it does were it not for Tom's attention to detail and absolute refusal to settle for second best. You simply can't find a better engineer for your next recording.
jeffkashiwa.com - Jeff Kashiwa is one of the hottest smooth jazz sax players working today. He graciously lent his talents to four songs and even cowrote "Standing On The Sky" He's definitely one of the reasons the album has received rave reviews. Jeff, I can't thank you enough! (Jeff is available for hire via internet. Interested? contact him at this link above.)
daveweckl.com - Dave Weckl provided drums and percussion on "Promise the Moon" and took the song to a whole new level in the process. Thanks Dave!
briancline.com - Brian Cline provided those wonderful vocal tracks on "Familiar Strangers", "Promise The Moon", "Crossroads" and "The Loch" Best of all, I'm lucky to call him a friend too!
philbennett.org - Phil is an incredibly talented keyboard player who regularly plays with Mickey Thomas' Starship. He is versatile in all styles and is quite possibly the best keyboard player I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As with many of the other artists on the album he is available for sessions over the internet. I cannot recommend his services enough.
www.myspace.com/michael_hurwitz - Michael Hurwitz is one of my best friends and has been a tremendous supporter of this project from day one. He performed superlative drums on "Second Wind" and "Crossroads". He is available for internet drum sessions and I can't recommend him highly enough.
www.theoasis.cc/ - Doug Ott provided fiery guitar solos on "Finally Coming Home" and Sean Flanegan played solid drums on "Familiar Strangers." Doug is the bandleader of the popular progressive rock band Enchant and Sean is the drummer extraordinaire for the band. For anyone interested in intelligent, hardhitting rock music, these are the guys you should be listening to. I'm very fortunate to have been involved in some of their albums in the past and feel fortunate to have these guys on my debut album. Thanks guys!
www.briandunnemusic.com/ - Brian Dunne played drums on the intro and outro of "Going Indigo" When he's not touring, he's doing sessions for some of the biggest names in music. He's available for hire via the web. Check it out here
www.myspace.com/newdayjones - Dayna Jones is an incredible singer who performed vocals on several songs on the album. Quite possibly one of the best female vocalists in Northern California!
Artists Who Inspired The Album
manthing.com - Michael Manring is a bass pioneer who revolutionized the instrument and opened the world's eyes to the potential of the instrument.
tripwamsley.com - Trip Wamsley is another bass pioneer who also happens to be cursed with the wickedest sense of humor either side of the Mississippi. Think Jeff Foxworthy on bass..... ooh scary!
Stevelawson.net - Steve Lawson is yet another bass pioneer and loop master. One has to see his live show to believe it. Oh yeah and he's quite a snappy dresser too!
brianbromberg.net - Brian Bromberg is a scary-good jazz bassist and producer at the full height of his abilities who influenced my playing on piccolo and acoustic piccolo considerably. Buy any of his albums and its sure to please.
objectsinthemirror.org - Objects In The Mirror is a Jazz/Fusion group out of Nevada County California playing wonderfully original music and having way too much fun doing it.
